all i did was line up the flat sides with the springs then push it down then rotate counter clockwise... and if you cant get a good grip just use a small channel lock pliers and just hold it and turn it line up the holes and push down.. thats how i do them.. if you gonna be at the track on friday some one can help you... i'll be there around 10.. but i'm sure you will get help before that...
