I have used Gunk "liquid wrench" in the past and let it sit overnight. Then tap with a hammer and drift to try and break loose the threads of the screw. You can also try putting the tip of a soldering iron in the screw top for a while and see if that will free it up. This will work if there was thread lock used in the original installation. Use torx drivers. If the bolt is past using an allen wrench on it you can try modifying (grinding) a flat blade screwdriver to jam in the head of the bolt but my success rate with this is small. Might be worth giving it a shot though. Barring all that, an easy out.
