I watched the latest video on the weekend and I think the cheaper shipping options were only to certain countries. Unfortunately I didn't hear Canada listed. I bet HK dropped PayPal, they probably lost too many disputes and were ticked off that they couldn't keep the money for nothin (and chicks for free)...
