That is a lot of plane and a lot of motor!

Might not even feel the GoPro on it. Plenty of folks running a GoPro on little Easystar park fliers.

Gopro are awesome for image quality with a fantstic fisheye lens. But yeah it is a big blocky windbrake ... albeit not that much more frontal area than the usual FPV videocams we use.

I usually run a Replay 1080 cam which is a lot more aero, water resistant, easier to mount and encased in metal and polycarbonate. but alas, the image quality is not quite as good as GoPro Hero2, Hero3.

For very small footpring and lightweight, the #16 HD keychain cams with the wide angle lens are really good too. Couple rungs down from GoPro quality though. But for $45, it is a lot less to risk up in the air. I busted one GoPro lens already. http://www.rcgroups.com/forums/showthread.php?t=1556994
