Does anyone comprehend the fact that the 2004 MAAC card carrier includes a printed MAAC safety code that includes an ill conceived and apparently undefined term, namely "3D"?

Further does anyone comprehend the fact that by accepting your 2004 card that you agree to abide by the rules?

Change the rules by all means but come January 1, 2004 if an insurance company wants an "out" it's there on a plate because all flight is three dimensional.

By providing definition (acceptable to a concensus of interested parties) that loophole will be eliminated.
