You guys are missing one thing. What is not expensive! If your kids play hockey, race go carts, motocross, heck look at the cost of a new PS3 and a bunch of games.

Another option for Transponders is to copy Motocross! They raise the race membership by 5 bucks and so they did not have to come up with the $50,000 yes $50,000 for the system and PT's. So to help out the series I leased them the transponder system. Problem solved. Get the Glorcs series to buy a system, PT's and have them at every race!!
