Hi and Good Morning

Last year , I picked up some Ni-MH 5-Cell 1400Mah 6.0v High Drain Packs .
As rated , I have been trying to get them to go up to there capacity . I,,ve cycled them in different , charge capacitys , and different discharge rates . And , I still cann,t get them to go up to there rate . High charge , low charge , whatever , they are only chargeing to 1100 Mah , which means I,m missing 300mah . I,ve been working on this for over a week now

What the , " hec " am I doing wrong ?
