As we said earlier, at this time we wish there were more to inform you fellas but the Club executives are still working on the million details that will be involved in this kind of meet.
I'm almost certain there will be some kind of security, it is a secured area building and we are going to have vendors etc... set up as well.
Soon as Brian puts out the detailed schedule and roving schedule for the workers (will be ARCC Club members) we will be able to comfirm.
I have a van and it has no back seat in it. I will be able to help in transportation to and from if need be.
I suspect I won't do much flying myself, just as long as I have my B-25 completed to expose on site, I will be happy.
We'll let you guys know, for sure as we can confirm. I'm sure Dave is with Brian as his right hand man and things will develop shortly for you guys to plan accordingly.
