Love that turbine/ gearbox sound on startup and love that smell of kerosene ,though. Can't get any more scale than that.
Again , like the real one , lots of power. Later the next day after the initial test/ maiden flights done by Steve Bondar of Calgary ; I was up and a large Cub was up following me in formation and someone overheard that flyer make a comment that he was going to overtake me , thinking he was faster. Well , it didn't happen. Found out about the comments later.
The build is still in progress with more detailing to be done down the road.
There are about 6 or so turbine converted full size ,round tail beavers in North America . The conversions are done by a company in Minneapolis , Mn. From what I understand.
