I built a glow powered plane that I got 48 minutes out of on a 4 oz tank. It had an OS .26 4 stroke on it. I now have a 2 meter glider that gets the same flight time on a 2 cell 2200mAh pack.

It's the plane design and flying style that dictate the duration of the flight not the power source.

Remember Maynard Hill built a plane that crossed the Atlantic with a .60 sized glow engine converted to gas. He did it on 1 gallon of fuel. Does anyone remember how many hours? I have forgotten.
