An ambiguous comment at best - one is uncertain whether it's meant in a positive or negative context (though I have my thoughts) .. but with all insurance liabilities realised, for I'm sure that MAAC has other necessary insurance coverages other than Third Party, I doubt that the relevant percentage of the Open membership fee is more than 20% ... $15
