Hi Ben,
Glad to see the PU on the building desk... great stuuf, eh? And your thread here is a good one. Nice job on the plane.

Two comments. if that's ok:
I notice that you're not putting any dihedral into your wing. It will help a LOT in stability in rolls.
If you have each wing up about 1/2" you will find a good flight charateristic happening.

Also, I think it was in early fall we emailed on here and I mentioned washout and an article about it. I suggest that for ease of flight too.
About 3/8" washout on each wing tip (over the first 6-8" of each tip) will help a lot too. Be sure each wing has the same amount of washout (twist) or the plane will handle differently, depending if you are banking port or starboard. oops!!!
