congrats to you Ben,
i just recently got an exi and have had similar findings with it. my buddy bought it. and tried it , didnt like it so he then gave it to me(he bought it from someone else online). i did a complete tear down on it. and put it into my metal frame . (it was cf) found out that the motor mount was broke in half. ... now its all shiny and new. and ready for a few more parts before its in the air. i bought my hk450 v2 from hk and converted it to copterx. i wish i woulda bought a few of those when i had the chance. lol.
