I doubt that my 10 pound balsa wood airplane is going to cause hundreds of thousands worth of damage in a wide open grazing field, but I do understand what you are saying, his parents own the land a whole section so plus or minus 1600 metres square, we might crash into a cow or something but his dad flys there aswell so Im not very worried, I do understand what you are saying though..
