Yes, they have needle valves with metric thread. Top handle
is to adjust compression. Very smooth running once it is adjusted
and low on fuel consumption. Real finger snappers if you dont know
on how to flip the prop. It has to be a very quick flip, like from the
prop hub down with force, otherwise it will not start.
Contact British Modelers Club for more information. Free flight
clubs, U-Control Clubs use them. I have never seen a RC throttle version.

I have owned British, Russian, Chinese engines and have given them to
engine collectors.
