Re: Changing dremel sanding drums
Try loosening the screw a few turns, then pinch the rubber drum and roll it between your thumb and fingers. It'll compress the drum enough that the old sleeve will come off, and a new one will slip on. Remember to snug up the screw before firing it up again lol
