Have them mark it as a gift for no taxes. If you need it in a rush then order from somewhere else and pay for it, if you can plan ahead ship just registered airmail. My last 3 orders were here in 9 days, once it was all in stock. Look up the swarmsale thread on RCG in the online deals toward the bottom, it is starting to work quite well and most stuff is 30% to 40% off.
