Re: 40% Edge Build (another)

Hopefully its not going to be close to a month between updates for the whole build.
Just about have the motorbox done and ready for the fuse sides to be installed.
I have been using west system a lot but find the mini pumps which dole out the 1:5 ratio, crank out a couple oz's which frequently is way more than I need at one go. So I just found a West System small batch kit with a scale.
Any small accurate scale would work. Needs to be fairly tiny and sensitive.
Now I can mix just a few drops at a time. Place whatever container/scrap of paper you will be mixing on, on the scale, then hit tare to zero the scale.
Start with the hardener, whatever small amount, then multiply that weight by six and add the resin until you get to that number.
No more waste.
Anyway, fuse sides done and wing bolt mounts installed using West System.
Not exactly super fast curing, and I use a bit of adhesive filler as per West recomendation.
