Marc- I actually had a machinest mate of mine modify the Intairco strut for me, he basically shortened the whole assembly even further and ended up pretty much reworking the whole dampening mechanism, lotsa work! I hope it pays off with nice bouncless landings as those piano wire struts dont look to cool and there aint really any other strut options available for this model, unless you plan on modifying struts like the Intairco units which still only work for the nose leg, otherwise it would be quicker to make some legs from scratch. I think unless they turn out to be like pogo sticks I will leave mains stock and just dress up the struts cosmetically to look beefier, as the Intairco units will not fit into the main gear wheel wells either without lotsa mods....
