-First make sure idle screw is set properly by looking into top of carb, should be about 1/16" open.)
-Richen low speed needle a bit at a time, should idle lower. If not richen high speed needle a little.
-Then if that doesn't solve issue check to see if banjo fitting for the fuel line on carb is tight.
