Yes, my back is much better but still bothers me.
I've changed a lot of ergonomics and that's working. I think I want to try a tilted table design to build on, something like the drafting table my Uncle used to use.... it's just that I'm a messy builder and like to spread out as I go. With a tilted table, my mess would be forever sliding toward the floor.
