Step three, attach the wings after drilling the holes through the ply plate. The radiator is supposed to be drilled for slipping in the two wing mounting bolts. Didn't like that idea, bolts are short, and could be easily lost inside, so went to plan B. I simply glued support blocks onto the ply wing mounting bolt plate, on either side, slid the radiator into place, and attached with four allen head screws. Simple, fast, and no big holes in the Rad!
