I dont think the megar 30 000 rpms is an issue. My Gas Tubine IDLES at 35 000 RPM and max's out at 124 000 rpms. I would presume the EDF fan is ballanced but would make sure it is before use. You should ALWAYS make sure your fan is ballanced before use.
