Guys lets stop blowing smoke here.. Ofcourse its about money! No one takes a crap in this world with out trying to make a buck from it! Hardcore, or any other track on this earth would not run unless they where able to make money from it... Risk vs Reward.. IF someone like Joe, or any other track owner feels the Reward is not worth the Risk then so be it.. If they feel they need to make more or need the security to know they will make X number of dollars so be it.

Fact is A meeting was held, arrangements where made and then changed after the fact the parties have agreed and moved on.. If people are pissed about it then be more proactive in next years meetings and going ons so it does not have to happen again.
