Hi Curtis

The 15x12 will load some more than a 16x8 probably around a couple hundred rpm. A 16x10 is closer to the 15x12 for rpms. On a YS 140L I was spinning the 15x12 at around 9000 rpm. The 15x12 will have less vertical than a 16x8 but it will be quieter and give a better constant speed look to your flying.

For condition, the 15.5x13N has only been used once, and the 15x12 is well used but still looks new.
