Its ok Eric, I respect your thoughts but my friend you really have to be aircraft nut to feel that feeling and energy to restore classic birds as this one is, trust me there are worst ones out there which are being collected and restored, Our Connie is comparatively in excellent shape for full restoration, mind you this bird will never fly again due to main spar being cracked and other alterations done to airframe's main components through out its life but cockpit is 100% complete, Interior is 90% complete, so this will become excellent CANADIAN museum artifact and keep its heritage alive if we achieve our goal...
Eric i am not the only one trying save it bud....Government also got involved with so many other enthusiasts, museum and other firms so there must be a reason to keep it in Canada, it must be holding a honorable caliber to be restored and kept....I am sure you must have seen it for the very first time specially in current condition so that is why you are thinking like that....
