Glade you found the problem in there.

The vibration could come from your fuse with no major issues.
Every aircrafts as they're own sound with vib. Does it sound safe,, that is the question to ask your self. Yea, check out all join and frame interior till you
see no major problem with join and only a structural vib is to remain.

Everytime you fly something newly build, we need to make a eyes inspection of all structural and fuse of our aircrafts. That is everytime peoples.

That also make you more comfortable to know that all is fine with your new aircrafts and to be at ease with your next flights to come ...
