I bought a pair of the new Zurich Z2 glasses...the new smaller and thinner version. When I went to grab my hat suddenly from a wind gust, I accidently knocked the glasses off my face and they landed on the ground with BOTH arms broke off at the base of the glasses. It wasn't that hard a landing on the ground and I was surprised at the ease of breakage. At the demonstartion in Toledo, the owner smashed them with his fist and broke the arms off and reassembled them with ease. Mine was not the case. When I called Zurich, they told me that they have a manufacturing problem, are beefing up the area and they are replacing them free of charge without sending in the original pair...they were suppose to be sent out to me by the end of July as the email said..Im still waiting..I sent another email two days ago. Stay tuned.
