Aren't the Unionvilles great? They allow you to be "creative" lol.

I built the Unionville Norseman and actually mounted the throttle servo inside the cowl of the engine compartment (with room to spare).

Because these aircraft are inherently tail heavy by design, I mounted rudder and elevator to hardwood rails as close to the nose as practical; just aft of the fuel tank.

Support of the long pushrods is crucial, especially if they're slender (like Gold n Rods). Using "clips" at every former to the aft end is good practice.
