I bought 3M ( Scoth brand ) # 471 plastic tape at the local auto supply shop. I think it cost me around $30 for a 36 yard roll. It really is excellent stuff. I could never get a sharp edge with the paper based masking tapes. The line left with this product is crisp, with no bleed through.
