Does anybody know what valve seats are in the OS FSA 56? The older engines used to have phosphor bronze inserts which performed as valve guides/ seats. The new engine head seems like OS just ground the seats in the aluminum head and nickel plated the seats. I'm just paranoid about OS trying to cut manufacturing costs again at the expense of engine longevity. Remember the LA series with plastic back plates and no back plate gasket?
I like this engine but if the seats are just plated, I'll go Saito and forget OS forever.
