As well I started the long and tedious task of preparing the 1/16" balsa for sheeting all of the foam. I spent A LOT of time making sure each edge was straight. I built a 60" jig out of 1" aluminum angle to ensure each edge is straight. After I was sure each edge was straight I used masking tape and thin CA to construct the larger sheets for sheeting the foam.
