I'd almost consider drafting a set of plans. Airfoil is simple enough, constant chord, fuse isn't all that difficult either. I'm pretty sure an outfit in Abbotsford now owns the rights to all the old DHC stuff, and might be able to help out with some uber accurate drawings. I'll do some digging, but not a whole lot of large Otter plans out there. Just way too Cdn. Might be something though, as the US used them in Vietnam.
