I bought a slightly used Eagle Tree flight data recorder and downlink off a friend here on RCC, and I can't get the darned thing to work either.
I am confident it was not abused by the previous owner.
I tried everything suggested on their website,and it just won't work properly.
I don't know what to do with it now.

I also would not recommend this product.
