I gonna try to upload the Walbro file I have, I sense a whammy commin'!

Nope file is too large (unless I zip it).

The Butterfly is NEVER closed, if you want to keep the engine running. Depending on the context he asked the question, he'd get different answers.

One thing I am certain about (and I have seen it in action) is most city slickers with limited experience will in all likelihood screw up the settings and occasionally an engine.
