Two years ago he had featured a plan for a Grumman Goose. It was a smaller sized one, about 50 inch span that was powered by two 25's. The prototype flew really well. I had ordered the plan and then had my heart attack and cancelled the order since I was almost cancelled myself. It would make a nice flying boat project without being a huge undertaling. I remember he used to live in Mechanicsburg Virginia. It would be a nice learning project before attempting a big one. I wish I could find him again. His warbird plans were ideal for the scale combat I used to fly and his planes flew great............Good Luck with whatever project you decide upon, the big flying boats were wonderful aircraft.

I gota get me one of Jacks Hurricanes. Sweet flying model.
