Who's all planning to go to Toledo this year? I for one am looking forward to it, especially the indoor flying events in the evenings, if your going please be sure to drop by the MAAC booth and say hello.
Also what's everyone looking for when they go?

Re: Toledo 2014 anyone?

I try not to miss it. Always get my fuel there, and whatever deals I can scare up. I am going to Perry Georgia too (huge). Don't need anything, but always get stuff.

I'll be there again. Year ten for me, my son and flying buddy. We'll be heading down on Wednesday going all the way to Dayton to tour the aviation museum at Wright Pat AFB (again ) on Thursday, then back up to Toledo for opening Friday. Toledo, as well as the Joe Nall week in May are "must attend" events for me

Peter

Perry, maybe 1,000 tables? They are cheap so everyone goes. 3 fairly large buildings mostly full. 2 anyway. Lots of deals, lots of +- deals, depending on the people, like anywhere. Some guys bring a van full of planes, and take home a fresh set. I just bring the car coming back from Florida, so not much room. (supervisor in the car too.)

I'll be in Toledo this year too, drop by the MAAC booth to say hi. Perry is a swap I have always wanted to attend, one of these days.

Video. We all need to see video.
I was Googling the Perry Swap Meet and came up with this video shot in 2011.
3 large buildings
Wow!

Chris

That is an amazing looking swap meet Chris. I think a bunch of us need to go check this out. Think there's any engines there?
