what should i do wiht a nitro star 15fe that is 6 months old ... 1 gallon of fuel is gone throught and the side has a hole in it ???? HPI is better then that right??? .... its on a mt2

Wow htat is very premature wear! I would shoot off an email if I was you. Nothing to lose other than getting told to go pound sand.

*USUALLY*, from what I've read, HPI is really good at replacing parts that may have a factory defect. If you send them the engine and they decide that it may have been a product of improper maintenance or abuse, then they wont.

You need to call them first, and then they will get you to send it in to them. The phone number and other info can be found here:
