Went to www.northernheli.com 's amazing location in Uxbridge and met John the owner. Nice guy, great farm and somewhat starting out in an online hobbyshop that specializes in Trex and X400 parts, blings and low-cost stuff like Telebee gyros, motors, batts, etc. Man it was a great place to fly. He's starting out with flying and he's putting together a 90 sized machine for himself. Check out his site.... good inexpensive stuff. I've also invited him to join Toronto RC Heli Club so he can learn and enjoy flying his machines... hope he brings his competition Jeep Rock Crawlers.

While inverting my X400, I botched a recovery while trying to exit an unplanned inverted funnel. Although I've been trying to do a normal funnel in a sim and can't...yet. I panicked, lost control and cut and ate grass... landed on skids though coz they were both broken.

Broke a slide block, boom, skids, centerhub, flybar, a link and tailblade holders.

Northernheli comes to the rescue with replacements (most upgraded to Trex head and tail parts and added some more too) all at very competitve and cheaper than some US prices..... delivered to my office....same day.
