It's not a national holiday. Quebec, Newfoundland and Nunavut don't have the day off. The remaining provinces have different names for it.

Same here, placed my order yesterday, agree they are great to deal with. I have gotten a lecture from GH but not for customer number, I wanted something transferred quickly from the warehouse to the local store, which is on the same street, and the guy went on a long lecture. Fortunately they have fixed that now...

Was in at GH at lunch with a VISA prepaid card, was told oh we don't know how to process those things... I told them can you swipe a credit card? They swiped it, worked fine, but what an attitude as they did it...

I am glad I am not the only one who got or gets the attitude I must say the first time I was in the Mississauga store was a good experience I made my purchase someone helped me with the barcode scanner and then we shot the breeze about planes really good experience last couple of times I feel as though they are going out of their way to do me a favour by allowing me to make the purchase. its too bad I drive by everyday I work during their open hours but will wait days to go to my LHS or wait until I have a Rotorquest order built up for my heli parts
