Hello.

First off, I am not into any racing, i just want a man toy

I would like to buy one of these shortcourse trucks and I have read reviews of different models. Such as Traxxas Slash, soon to be out Traxxas Slash 4x4, Team Associated SC10, HPI Blitz & Losi Strike.

I got interested after first hearing about the Slash, especially with brushless.

I am thinking that if I were to buy a Slash and upgrade to brushless, it would be worth more to wait for Slash 4x4. Sure I think it's gonna be twice the price but it does come with better parts + brushless setup already with better radio too.

What do you guys think ?

Just get a slash, it does not need any upgrades, it can take a beating, you can upgrade it to brushless very easy, I think that a 4x4 slash will take away from the truck...
