I order two spoilers from Hobby Lobby in the USA.
Original invoice was for 65.89US ( 57.90 + 7.99 shipping)
One hour later I received another invoice for the amount of 91.18US
They just charged another 25.29US for the shipping.

SO THEY DOUBLE CHARGE FOR THE SHIPPING

I let you judge if it is good or bad to order from HOBBY LOBBY in the USA.

Whenever you order anything from the USA or any country for that matter, its important to read over their shipping policy. Hobby Lobby has it listed very plainly on their site. Here is the actual policy as listed on their web site:

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
Orders must be paid by credit card. The total shipping charge will be: $7.99 per order plus the actual transportation charges. Your country may require you to pay customs fees and/or duty when you receive the shipment.

They didn't charge you double, they only charged you exactly what they said they would. Its up to you to call and find out what the exact total charge will be BEFORE you make the order so there are NO surprises!

It was YOUR mistake - NOT theirs!

Fully agree with Gary,
I have ordered from them and the 7.99 is handling fee on top of the actual shipping charge, they probably didn't charge you that right away as its actual charge not know before shipping. They usually ship it right away.

So they are charging $7.99 just to package the product they sell? Normally that would come out of the profit margin.

Horizon Hobby is much more reasonable, just keep your order under $50.

I think the point being it is up to you to make sure you know the charges before you agree to purchase. Heck I even do that when buying in Canada. Simple phone call and ask for the total price including taxes and shipping out the door. I then know what is being charged to my credit card.
