Dont have a JR to proove it but probably not.
It is like 4 double A pack.

Just to clarify,

The stock DX8 TX pack is actually Ni-Mh, not Ni-Cd.

It's the same shape as a 4AA pack and should fit any radio that takes a similar pack. I use mine (I upgraded to the OEM Spektrum Lipo pack) as an RX pack. It works very well.
