even so....that in 35deg. weather! what are you gonna do when it gets up to 75 to 80 deg. weather.....cause you can only go so rich before it starts to kill your power and run time

not really! on road motors are ported different and are in cars that are geared different too! they are not meant to be on and off the throttle like off road motors. that's why they put out more rpm then any off road motor

you can try running a bigger head and a smaller clutch bell(12 tooth) but it might be hard to keep it cool enough

i might just do that, i am running this now a 44 spur and 13t bell. i am running a 20% nitro fuel and a medium hot turbo plug. i going to get a bigger cooling head and lower the teeth on the bell. time will tell. thanks for your response you have been very helpful.

Im not sure what pipe I ran with my Rody Roem C6, I was an RB though and that engine was wicked fast in my 1/8 On-Road !

C Low is right anyway, If thats an on-road engine You have, it should be used in a 5LB pavement car that has way more cooling than any Off-Road car. The reason is the cars are lighter, the heads are completly exposed and the cars are way faster [60plus mph] creating way more air-flow around the engine and head.

If you run a 46 spur that will help the torque as well. The 44 might be over gearing the engine and clutch combo. Especially if the traction is high. The clutch could be slipping or engaging a touch early.
