JR XS3 help

hey guys need some help, i am setting up my sx3 for the baja and i am running my lights off the 3rd channel, i was going throught the manual and cant seem to figure out how to make the 3rd channel a switch so i can turn them off and on. anyone help me out.

3rd channel set-up is on page 17.

however, anything that is plugged into your third channel will have power to it, regardless of your radio setting(ie: transponders in 3rd channel are on as soon as Rx has power, etc). If you want to do a little design work, use the 3rd channel for a servo that triggers a plunger switch for the lights...and put the lights on a separate power circuit from the radio...maybe 9V battery if they are only LED's...
