I like the PT40 trainer!! I've built a couple of them in my earlier days of RC flying and they are a great flying plane!
Don't worry too much about the covering and just enjoy flying it! I think your covering job looks just fine as it is. Save all the detailing for that special scale project your dreaming of. Have a great summer and all the best to you!

Looking good, if you keep it up I'll have to get you to cover my planes for me. Also you don't have to be shy and tell everyone the it's for your father in law, we all know it's really for you, so you don't have to be intimidated by your spit or patriot hahaha. Oh, and I don't think you'll be able to get 150mph out of that one.
