I will not buy items from folks with 1-15 posts, just dont seem to have any faith in someone who just shows up with a great deal on a top end radio or motor, I kinda think if someone has a high end radio etc, they probably have been in the hobby for a wile and don't just show up here one day trying to sell stuff, but would have been a part of the comunity.

So when a newbee is selling a 9303 or a DA100 cheap with no posts to their credit I usually skip it and move on.

I agree, unless their credibility can be verified by a long term member in good standing.
I have seen some new members selling in the For Sale sections and a member in good standing has vouched for them, that is good enough for me, I will then take a chance on them.
Everyone deserves a chance... they have to start somehere!!

IMO people are rude in all forums, but it only really bothers me when I'm trying to sell something.

In rereading my post I realize that it sounds like I'm complaining about the site and telling Jason what to do. Sorry about that. I really like this site and Jason has been doing a great job with it. This issue is just my pet peeve.

I don't mind for sale being posted, just don't push it. Keep it in the for sale forum don't plaster it everywhere.
