Stock BJ55 upgrading

I have a scuffed piston in the 26cc, so I bought the Gizmo Motors 28.5 pro race cyl kit. Then a friend said I'd have to change the muffler, so comes the VICTORY steel pipe, pipe only, and to feed the motor a Walbro WT-1048. I would also likely have to swap the clutch. The first three are bought and on their way.
My questions:
How do you rate the combination proposed? Suggestions, improvements, other thoughts welcome.
What else is going to be an issue given the upgraded motors. Say, I don't know, like the prop, or flexshaft
Keep in mind its a beautiful 3yr old Proboat stock BJ55.
Have at er...

Re: Stock BJ55 upgrading

good choice on the combo, but the boat in question could be a problem
since they are not made for real high speeds and racing.
I would not put on a clutch since they rob you of power as for a prop
since you are going with a bigger C.C engine you will to upgrade that also.

here's what you will need as for a good start point for a prop.
http://www.gizmomotors.com/index.php...hk=1&Itemid=56

also this prop may not fit on your proboat shaft, the shaft may need to be upgraded as well that is the problem with the proboats you are limited on what you can put on as a prop.

so this meens you will need to upgrade the strut also to meet all your needs to make all of it work well.

OHHHH yes please make sure that you have good oil in that new engine
mix 8oz to 4L of fuel since they rev up to 18000 rpm +
I use Klotz R50 oil.

Re: Stock BJ55 upgrading

I found that Bonzi has many Proboat specific customized upgrades.
