Please Help! --- Eflite Blade 450

I have a Blade 450 3D. I fly with a Futaba 10c Transmitter I had everything setup, everything working correctly, gyro sense, heading hold, and the right amount of throttle and pitch curves. The heli was flying great.

Recently I was going to lift off in somewhat of a gravel area ground, and once my heli spooled up and the tail rotor engaged for heading hold/gyro...a rock shot up into the tail rotor, causing the tail rotor blades to break and the tail slider. Also my main rotor blades were chipped from previous flights.

So I have replace the tail blades, and the slider, and also replaced new - balanced main blades. ---- My issue that I'm having now is:

1. When bringing my heli to Idle, the tail starts spinning around with no control input, as if the gyro is not engaged.

2. I seem to have no lift at full throttle.

I have not changed any of my settings in the transmitter before or after the repair.

Can anyone please help me resolve my issue, whether they know, maybe my gryo is broken or a servo?

Thank you

This might sound embarrising to you but you have put all the blades on backwards, I have seen this a couple times. This is if you never touched anything in the radio setup. Hope this helps you.

Thanks James,

I will double check this, but I am pretty sure I have the rotors on correctly.

Thanks
