The only reason that I brought this up, was at the GLORCS final, the was a little kid standing on his toes, and next to him there was a guy standing on milk crate blocking his view, (actually it was the guy who started this thread!) I wish I had taken a picture, it was classic

...at the rate this thread is going, it's going to be a lonnng winter!...hmm...I wonder how many pages it will be?
On the Sunday at the final I asked anyone beside me if they had a problem with me on the stand and I said that I would move if it bothered them. Nobody had a problem.(other than people off of the stand) Can't do any more than that.
Once again just inquiring to see if we will have a real rule book to go by instead of having the opinion of the week rule book. LOL

Dave: Where in GLORCS rule book can you find the rules regarding acceptable specifications on width, height ,body openings...etc. Oh i forgot about the milk crate sillyness.

Might be a lot of them boots around this year. Dave and Ron probably have a few used sets of those boots around that they would sell.(like new) Never used for RC!!!

Maverick

Level playing field, although I tried to use a crate at one of the Sprucewood races and got booted off of it.. That one section was waay too narrow to see right with these old eyes ! Oh, and I carried my support stuff to the stand with the crate so I was killing to two birds with one stone.... so I thought.

Glorcs Rep ? In or out ?

agreed, it might now be time for a full set of rules, up to now i think they have created rules where required to answer questions/solve problems etc, i think the crate deal has been left up to individual track owners as it has been their call regarding safety/fairness, maybe it needs to be put into the rules to clear it up

regarding the boots, mike are you bored of those babys you wear with the goldfish in the heels? if so i am sure i could take up a collection from racers to buy you a new pair
